They are great, excellent customer service and very explanatory biopsy from my chickens. Every time one of my chickens are sick I take it to them so I can be at ease when my family is eating my chickens eggs.
The women who answered the phone is absolutely awful and totally rude . The lab is great and everything is just fine with the lab. I just can’t believe how rude this women is. BUT the lady in the lab was SO sweet! How nice to be professional and gracious!
