Most importantly, their customer service is horrendous. I specifically asked if I was ordering the correct part, was told over email and the phone that it was correct, so I ordered it. Turns out, it was not correct. They did not accept fault for the incorrect information provided and I had to pay return shipping and a 10% restocking fee FOR THEIR MISTAKE.
