I’ve never visit this office, but my insurance received a claim from them asking for money. My insurance requested more information and obviously they were not able to provided since I never went. I am not sure what kind of scam they are running, but I plan to get more information from my insurance regarding the claim and will file a police report for fraud against them. Major scammers. The dentist claimed I needed a deep cleaning and tried to charge me 1,300$ for everything. I went to get a 2nd opinion at a different location and they said it would only be $620 and DO NOT need a deep cleaning. Which confirmed that they were just trying to rack up a bill. When I called to cancel the Receptionist double charged my card, and instead of calling me back to inform me, she just hoped it went unnoticed on my end.
