I’ve been coming here for about 4 years. In the past, I mostly went just for annual physicals, but this year was different—I went because I needed help, and honestly, I didn’t feel listened to. Staff makes such a difference for a Dr. office. Continue on if you want to read about the staff didn’t even meet the DR so have no idea what they are like. When making the appt the medical assistant let me know a physical was required for new patients didn’t ask me why I was making the appointment but okay no problem. Then said they actually had an opening the following day at 3 pm. I said that works since my son also had an appointment to get vaccinated that morning at another location.
