I enjoy living here because we have made so many friends here during the last 12 years,however if I knew than what I know now and my feelings about the ownership and their distancing themselves from the clientele, I would have not purchased a park model here.
Best place in the world! Great management and neighbors.
Bought a new park model here 8 years ago sight unseen! Flew down from Canada a few weeks later and took possession! This past June our neighbors caught fire and spread tours. We flew down again and arranged with the park to clean up and rebuild! Three month later we have taken possession again of a beautiful new park model and looking forward to many years in our vacation home! The Caliente team that put this together for us were amazing! Thanks James, John , Eli and Seth!!
Not real impressed with resort. Brochures showed it to be allot nicer than it really is. Needs to be cleaned up. Rooms in clubhouse smelled musty. Gym equipment didn't work. Rv sites aren't the best. Prices were very high for what you got even with Passport America prices.
