Try the Blue Moon Salad..made with fresh cut romaine lettuce, apples, mango, pepitas, fresh queso fresco cheese....mmmmmm All of the salsas and sauces are made fresh here at the restaurant every day. Try the pepitas dressing made with Orange Juice and Cilantro. We use Locally Grown Fresh produce delivered daily.

Caliente Southwest Grill is Good tex-mex Pretty good place for tex-mex cuisine. The salsa bar is pretty good, I had the special chicken salad and it was awesome. burritos aren't bad, tacos much better.

GREAT FOOD, EXCELLENT DESSERTS I love the menu here. They have a great selection of food and many are uniquely cooked. As good as their food is, their desserts are even better. . . This isn't the least expensive place in the area, but you won't be disappointed.
