This clinic charges a $200 missed appointment fee. I understand a $50 or even $75 fee, but $200?? it seems very strange for a mental health clinic to penalize patients for a mental health issue, such as poor time management skills.
I followed a previous clinician to Calico. After a few years of service, she left and I was referred to another clinician. Now this clinician is leaving the practice and Calico is dropping me as a patient. Calico is doing nothing to assure there is no break in treatment. I did not ask for the clinician to leave, so why drop me as a patient when I am under active care? Wrong in so many ways.
