Wonderful history that you can see and experience! Fun little shops! Grandkids payed for gold! Was a great family day with 13 of us! We were from ages 4-74 and we all enjoyed a great day! Even me 67 years old walking with a cane after a head on collision with a drunk driver then breaking a hip nice to get out and see the world!
My family and friends visit calico at least once a year and we all love it there! The town has so many neat things to see and my kids love the shops. The restaurant is great for breakfast and the servers are just so friendly and awesome!
Calico is a small Ghoust town that you can visit fir the day, or if you have an RV camp with full hook ups. there is also an OHV Campgrounds one with full hook ups and one available for dry camping. We camp in the OHV area, as the town is something that you can spend an entire day in town, then the rest of your trip you can ride out in the desert and explore.
