RecommendedFor a small entry fee this is great place for children in 4th and 5th grade. Come prepared to walk in dusty, rocky road. Visit the museum. Bring plenty of sun block & water. The walk around town could be done in 2 hrs. It is dog friendly, but bring your dog’s water bowl. @ poop bags. There are plenty of activities at an extra fee. Panning for gold, train ride, 1800s style photo, walk through the mine, etc.

We expected a short stop but we ended up spending the entire afternoon here. Wonderful staff who are very friendly! Adorable little souvenirs everywhere. The experiences were a ton of fun! Great stop!
