Long story, but terrible customer service. I was ready to place an order for fabric but had a question regarding the charges for my purchase. I was supposed to get a $20 discount which wasn't reflected in my total. I tried five times to get some clarification from customer service (three emails and two voicemails) and I had not one response. Very frustrating.
