Roach infested, bedbug infested, roof leaking, floor rotting in bathroom, maintenance is awful about fixing anything. Will "misplace" your money orders. Nobody is ever in office or answers the phone. Usually have to drive across town to their office just to speak to someone and I was over charged for months after a lease renewal.
No problems with the manager and no problems with the maintenance work good people I like my apartment
I lived here 9 years ago and it was really nice. I was told that new carpet was being put in and the sink would be done. Someone painted the sink or dumped paint down it. It was never cleaned and the stove is greasy so maybe it's grease in the sink as it does stink. Both kitchen sinks and bathroom are overflowing and I'm having a hard time finding an after hours number. My cats are able to go behind the cabinets in the bathroom the sheet rock is gone. Well I don't know it's there's all kinds of people living in here but there's people that are mid thirties that pay 585 and someone on a limited income they charge $6.65 that doesn't make any sense p I only have a one bedroom and that's what they charge the lady upstairs who has a two bedroom
