RecommendedGreat customer service!! I absolutely recommend!! Rene’ is very helpful and knowledgeable along with her wonderful staff!! Love the professionalism as well as timely customer friendly service! They take time personally to see the project all the way through. This year (2020) is particularly difficult for many companies but I didn’t notice any delayed moments! I couldn’t have asked for anything more! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for making my house into a warm comfy home!

Our drapes were finally received and installed after 7 months. On Calico's first try the drapes were too short. They took them back and tried again, but instead of making them over, they tried to lengthen the drapes with the existing fabric. So on try two, the hem was lumpy, uneven, and anywhere from 1 to 1 1/2 inches when it should have been 4" inches. Excellent store and wonderful manager!! She is always attentive and very helpful. Extremely personable!
The manager at this store is a racist and liar. I highly recommend to never go to this store! They are theives and the biggest liars I have ever met in my life! We are actively filing a law suit against both the store and the manager of the store Renae. Seriously never shop at this store!!!!!
