Deeply disappointed in this company. They sold be a #hunterdouglas shade that has never worked longer than three months in a row. Breaks and breaks. Have to beg them for service calls that only result in very temporary fixes. I own other Hunter Douglas shades that have served me well. Would not use Calico again.
