I am so pleased to share my experience with Heather at Calico. I purchased two comfortable chairs from another furniture store, but needed to find a more natural fabric for them. I found just the right choice for my chairs at Calico. Heather not only coordinated with our designer from the furniture store, but helped guide me through the ordering process so that we could proceed with getting the fabric shipped in a timely manner. Heather was professional, kind, and I'll look forward to working with her again.
Absolutely terrible customer experience....do NOT use them for Hunter Douglas blinds. Our experience with the staff and management at this location was months-long incompetence and unprofessionalism. They mis-measured our windows so the valances are beyond the width of the windows and the depth is far too deep which has completely ruined a custom order and refused to provide any semblance of Customer Service - when we sent photos of how terribly the valances were measured - the only response was "WE think it looks quite nice... read more
I had the very BEST customer service from the staff at Calico. Over several visits, both Heather & Courtney offered their time, suggestions and performance data to help me make my fabric selections. During each time there, every customer was acknowledged when entering the store. Beautiful fabrics selections with 5-Star customer service. Thank you all!
Kester Talbot helped me with fabric at Calico. He is professional, so helpful and follows up with estimates.
Great store with very friendly, helpful staff. I wish they had a larger selection of fabric, though. My daughter is looking forward to taking classes there and really enjoyed looking at the large format sewing machines.
