The representatives/sales, couldn’t have been more gracious, helpful and gave me space while looking around while gathering samples and served as helpful listeners in problem solving. When I couldn’t get the samples back when promised that day; the associate was so understanding and e en thanked me for calling! Excellent array of large sized samples.

TERRIBLE - LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE ...expect your order in about eight months or maybe a bit longer..and don't complain.even if you have ordered plain fabric .. nervous nellie's trying to be important.... lost in their own time zone.. still waiting for my order...
