Worst $15,000 I ever spent! I was extremely disappointed in the quality and look of the curtains and shades we purchased. They were wrinkled and of poor quality. I was especially disappointed by the lack of customer support we received trying to get the items corrected. Once the manager received the payment and paperwork signed there was no concern about our satisfaction. We got what Calico wanted to give us not what we asked for. Extremely disappointing.
Stay away from this place! They misrepresent, give poor adviice, make poor quality window treatments, and refuse to correct their mistakes. When our expensive drapes arrived, they were very wrinkled and looked terrible (and they left us the mess from the installation for us to clean up). They looked nothing like it did in the store and completely ruined the look of our formal rooms. The store manager claimed that they could not press them because of the type of fabric that was used. Absolutely the worst and very dishonest in the way they do business with their customers. Stay away!!!
I was looking for new window treatments for my living room & sunroom. I worked with Nicole & she helped me choose the style & fabric that went best with my furniture. They were just installed this morning by Vince who was quick & very precise with measurements. Worki g with Nicole, Vince & Tonya was a very enjoyable experience, & I LOVE my window treatments, thwy really make the rooms look great!! I highly recommend Calico Corners Richmond!!
