As both a realtor and investor, I’ve dealt with many developers over the years, but my experience with this one has been incredibly disappointing (at project in Huntsville). My PDI was rescheduled multiple times without proper notice, and when I finally made the long 200+ km trip to attend the inspection, the unit wasn’t even close to ready. Calibrex is a terrible company, do not purchase a home from them directly under any circumstances, the finishing process where you select your finishings is disorganized and sloppy they don’t deliver what you pay for and then their customer service to rectify the issues is terrible.
