Calibrex is a terrible company, do not purchase a home from them directly under any circumstances, the finishing process where you select your finishings is disorganized and sloppy they don’t deliver what you pay for and then their customer service to rectify the issues is terrible.
It has been my misfortune to buy a home from Park Avenue Homes in Mount Albert, Ontario. We have had issues with our tile grout in the past and The Flooring Company has come by to fix it 2 to 3 times, to no avail. Just recently, I noticed that the same problem was happening again and I contacted Mauricio Chamale from Calibrex Developments on October 23, 2023 to see if they could help with this matter. Horrible horrible experience, we haven’t even taken possession of our home, but received our 4th delay notice 20 days from closing via email. No phone call and no help when we phoned in to speak with someone today (Aug 9). We followed up on 2 occasions in the last 45 days to confirm our closing, which was confirmed. We have kids that now need to be moved to a different school. Our new ‘delayed firm closing date’ will be 2 years from signing paperwork.
