We are 5 months into our lease and our experience has been wonderful! The staff is always friendly and eager to help! They keep the property well maintained and the maintenance team has a fast response time.
I came from TikTok! First impression was giving me life! Shout out to Kelly!! She is beyond amazing, awesome and very helpful. The environment is very peaceful and serene. The tenants are very nice and friendly. It’s right next door to Toco Hills! Kelly did an amazing job of explaining everything, go see her!

I lived here for 1 year really enjoyed it. The apartments are super nice, the people who work here are super friendly and helpful. BUT BE WARNED there is ALWAYS heavy machinery sounds throughout the late morning-afternoon. Multiple times a week!There is no respect for the residents that live here. Its either power washing, leaf blowing, tree cutting. Literally non-stop at all times of the year its super annoying to deal with if you are home during the day.
