I moved into my unit on March 1st and throughout the ENTIRE process Lauren and Jeanine were so helpful! Initially when visiting the property it was serene, clean and safe. The apartment offered many different amenities such as a gorgeous sunroom with French doors, a large laundry room, spacious dining room and more! It was a no brainer going with this community. We stayed at 100 Calibre Lake Parkway and had the pleasure to meet Jineane Rodriguez . Her customer service skills is exceptional and she always went above and beyond to help us out with any issues any time we needed help . I knew if I reached out to Jineane she would immediately take care of our issues and resolve it . She has excellent communication skills as well and very respectful. I love the apartment and the complex. Everyone working here is very nice. No bugs (which is something I dealt with in every other apartment in GA).The ONLY negative thing I have to say is it was $1275 when I had moved in and now I’m seeing the same apartment a little over a year later going for $1475+… thats insane to me. Great apartment but not worth $1500-1650 post utilities. I understand rent goes up every year cus the housing market is SCREWED and thats just how it goes now, but that genuinely blew my mind.
