If you are looking for a great community of residents and management, then Calibre Chase is the place to be! My dad lived here for 3 years and had a great experience. The property is very well maintained. It’s a convenient location to restaurants and shopping. The residents and management are friendly, caring, and a true community. My dad’s 1 bedroom apartment was spacious, great layout, renovated kitchen and bath, and a screened in porch. I would 100% recommend Calibre Chase as a wonderful place to live.
Mom and Dad moved to Calibre after retirement. They loved this community, made many great friends and participated in community functions. They always had wonderful things to share about their neighbors and management. They and us appreciated everything Calibre had to offer! Highly recommended for your loved ones or yourself.
I currently live here at Calibre Chase and I couldn’t have made a better selection! There is always someone in the community room to chat with. I love it here!
My parents and I just moved in a month ago we love it 🙂 everyone is so nice to us Shannon is a best manger.🙂
