My impressions as a visitor with some years in CrossFit: This box is very well equipped yet small enough to give individual attention. Good programming, including active warm-up designed to prepare you for the workout. These things are important if you are considering CrossFit. Young or old, it's great to leave the gym tired from hard effort, but without sore joints.

After doing crossfit for about 3 months I have found that Crossfit is very valuable and is the perfect physical therapy. And Arjuna and the rest of the trainers are awesome!
