Stay away if you are going to use him for commercial. His lack of knowledge on commercial lending processes, incorrect advice, and slow response time ended up with us losing the property to a different buyer.
Kyle was a referral to us from someone in the industry we greatly trust, and he absolutely delivered even above our lofty expectations.
