Recently had the "pleasure" of working with Caliber Title's Eau Claire branch, closing on a land sale. Honestly things started off really good, was pleased with our meeting at closing. Our coordinator was warm and welcoming. We closed the deal and got our paperwork and then got refunded a certain amount of money that had been overpaid before closing. I can't sign the praises of the Caliber team often enough or loudly enough! They are on top of it from start to finish. Their constant communication NEVER leaves anyone wondering how the process is going.
