I am happy I chose Jose with Caliber. He did a thorough inspection and found many issues. Even if he couldn't test air-conditioning properly. Due to not having tbe proper electrical outlets to test them. I like his manor and friendliness. I.would recommend him to anyone seeking an outsider inspection. Great detective work Jose, lol.
