Jose was GREAT! I called him in the early afternoon and he said he could come by at the end of his day because I was 'on the way home'. He was able to diagnose and fix my slide that would not move. In the 1 1/2 hours he was there, he was able to determine the issue and professionally repair it and make my slide functional. He is very professional, personable and very knowledgeable. Outstanding service experience. We were kept fully informed of the status of our service request at all times and the service provided by Jose was excellent. We had no prior experience of living in a camper and we were having some issues with our battery and water heater. We also asked for a general overview of our camper and how things worked, as well as guidance on winterization. Jose solved our problems, answered our questions and gave us a detailed description of what was required for winterization. Highly recommended!
Jose is really patient and great at dealing with warranty issues. He got me all set with Forrest River over a period of months without me having to take my vehicle in for service, I highly recommend.
