On July 21st 2021 at approximately 7 p.m. I was going eastbound on Grand Avenue approaching Wittmann Arizona. I was doing about 65 MPH when this driver passed me going least 75 MPH. The thing that I find most disturbing is that as you enter the actual town of Wittmann Arizona the speed limit goes down to 45 MPH and this man never slowed down one bit!
