New Rez said we owed money which we do not and now my credit score went down considerably. We have spends multiple hours on the phone with customer service and they have told us the issue was solved. Then we get hit with late fees. I’m shocked this company stays in business. They are just awful.
cannot sign into my account since newrez took over from caliber. i called customer support but they were not helpful. they paid my mortgage insurance without my approval and i’ve had insurance for 15 years.
Horrrrrrible company!!!!
their customer service is garbage and when you try and get help fixing their own mistakes you get told it isn't possible because it wasn't within the last 60 days. However I had reached out in the initial 60 days and told it was taken care of but it wasn't.
