yo. chill out with the scary looking junk mail.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are making every excuse not to complete the refinance with us during this time of lower rates, we were even already approved thru underwriting 2 months ago, they bumped it until the "extension fees" were in affect and are now using that as an excuse to not close. They guaranteed what our closing costs would be, all of a sudden crawfished on their "guarantee". Find somewhere else to finance your home.
