My bumper jumper incident was my first interface with Caliber. Others have said how great they are I would second that. They are GREAT.
Very poor service. The woman who works the front counter is very friendly but the service here sucks. I made an appointment for same day, received my email confirmation. Waited till the afternoon, drove over, enter the reception room and there’s a sign on the counter stating “All afternoon appointments after 12pm have been cancelled for the day.” I didn’t see the regular friendly face, perhaps they’re under staffed. I hope they fix their issues because that’s a messed up way to follow up with customers.
