Communication was great, the staff was friendly and helpful. So far no issues, thank you for the help.
I have no issues with the body work or external repairs. The work was completed exceptionally, my issue is with the service writer Blake. Blake lacks customer service and fails to communicate a reasonable completion date. I understand parts may not arrive in time and delays the completion time, but that doesn't mean calling last minute of the day knowing that the rental is due to say the repairs won't be complete. bother to call to let someone know it won't be ready. My vehicle was damaged pretty bad in an accident. The work Caliber did was (is) outstanding. I am very pleased with their services, including the texts and phone calls with updates.
I do not recommend.
