i have an old computer tower and could not connect to the internet. i talked to the guys at Caliber and we discovered i needed an ethernet card. i purchased an ethernet card from them thinking i could install it myself. when i learned i could not, i took it back to them and they installed it for me! they are very courteous and helpful and i will continue to do business with them.
Recently had a Trojan on my computer and Asher took care of it quickly and reasonably priced. Added some additional free protection on it and gave me hints on how to keep my computer safe. I later had another, unrelated problem and he went out of his way try to fix it without having to re-install the operating system and loosing all my data. I would recdommend him. Quick turn-around and reasonably priced.
These are the most helpful courteous people I have ever dealt with concerning my computer and problems with it. They are fast and thorough not to mention the price by far was better than anyone. I strongly recommend Caliber if you have any needs concerning your computer.
These guys do great work, and at an affordable price to.
