From the time I arrived (without an appointment) they took my claim information, contacted the insurance, and assisted with my car rental, and had someone from Enterprise Car Rental pick me up within minutes of arriving. 0 Star : My Experience Paint doesn’t match, hood not flush with bumper…caliber’s excuse is State Farm told them to not use oem parts.
5 Star : My Experience It’s the first day, but everything appears to be just fine. The repair took less time than expected, the entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I even asked about other things that need to be fixed I was so happy. The car was vacuumed and washed upon completion as well.
