Their communication and customer service was fantastic. They also got my car done earlier than originally quoted. I highly recommend them!
Sister had her VW in here for fixes, I'm her detailer. The paint is fish eyed, a new deep scratch popped up, paint re finished like complete shit. Buttons on the doors that were worked on are broken/don't work. Couldn't imagine how anyone could take their car here, I would stay as far away as you can.
The team at the Cuyahoga Falls location is outstanding.
