I am very pleased with the repairs and customer service at Caliber Collision in Rockville. Thi Minn did an outstanding job answering my questions and providing updates during the repair process.

I was initially told the repair would take approximately 1.5 weeks, but it ultimately took over three weeks to complete—twice the estimated time. This delay was frustrating, especially given that the original timeline set clear expectations that were not met.
