I was referred to Caliber by my insurance (Progressive). The location reviewed is the Vandever location. From the start everything was so easy to coordinate from making the appt, to checking in and the updates. All done via text which I appreciate. Their front desk lady Patty is very friendly. We worked with Jorge who was amazing at keeping me informed, updated. All the staff are very supportive even giving me their wifi password while I worked on my laptop in the lobby. Caliber kept me informed of progress on work to my car, it looks great. The majority of the work was paid by other parties insurance so I will go with reasonable price.
Took my car here after I got into a collision with another car. I told the guy the issues I knew for a fact were from the collision like the squeaking while driving (assuming it had something to do with the rotors) and the windshield wiper fluid leak along with all of the damage the body took. When I picked it up the they did a good job on all of the body repairs, but the guy told me they didn’t hear any squeaking while driving the vehicle.
