Caliber has always been our go to repair shop. We’re confident with their work and business practices. They did a great job with our RAV4.
Everyone was very professional and they did a great job on my car
I worked with Jose Rivera from the Mira Mesa Caliber Collision for my entire time ... ended up being over a month bc my car was so new I it took a while to get parts. Jose was so amazing to work with. He called me at the end of the day every Tues and Thurs with an update on my car. He was so kind and patient. I don't know what I would have done without him. When I finally got my car back, Jose had it towed to my house for me. I really can't say enough about Jose. Thank you again Jose.
Great customer service and they did a great job w our repair. Even buffed out all the other scratches on my car that had nothing to do w the repair.
From the moment I dropped off my car and walked into the Downtown office and until I was handed my keys, everyone was very helpful and friendly at Caliber Collision. Charlene was my contact person and she went above and beyond all expectations keeping me up to date on the repairs and the actual day my car would be ready to be picked up. The repairs were done timely and I am very please with the results. Will definitely recommend Caliber to my family and friends.
