Ship was convenient and easy to work with. Our contact person (Joe) was very nice and kept us updated almost daily.
The customer service representative provided false information in an attempt to justify the cancellation of the appointment. My daughter had scheduled the appointment at Mira Mesa Caliber Collision to repair her vehicle. Although the insurance and claim were under her name, they continued to send me messages about the appointment because my name was on the car title. Ben and his team were professional and supportive. Turnaround time was faster than expected without the feeling of rushed work. I was reassured that my vehicle was safely serviced and calibrated with proper procedure and documentation.
