I am so happy with how my car turned out. Good text communication, timely repairs, and the car honestly was cleaner/looked better that when I left it. Obviously they fixed the cracked panels after I had the misfortune of coming in contact with a rogue couch on the freeway at 70mph, but there was a stain on the hood that was unrelated to the damage that they addressed, and all the bird turd stains on the hood and panels were magically gone. Looks like I have a brand new car again. I would gladly refer people to them!
Long story, but I didn't actually get my car repaired here, but I was so impressed by the customer service I received that I had to share and write a review. (I wasn't able to get my car repaired here due to insurance issues/past repairs) I wish I was able to because the customer service, specifically from a woman named Karen was incredible! I can attest that they will go above and beyond with their service and keep you updated every step of the way. I have no doubt that the actual repair would have been great!
Minor damage, but communicative throughout the repair with me and the insurance carrier. Completed repair prior to scheduled date. I’ve used Caliber before, though another location, and received the same excellent service.
