First things first, the front desk staff is veru helpful, in terms of work, theu made sure you are getting updated on the progress of their repair, easy to talk to, knowledgeable staff, explainwd everything they did, what they repaired and replaced, also pretty quick turn around. You can also leave your rental in their shop and they tale care of returning it!. And to top that off the even washed my car and wiped the inside! *thumbs up* for the caliber collision team in ventura! Highly recommended!

The insurance company recomended caliber body shop and collision center . I dropped my truck off with manny amd he gave me a time frame of how long my truck would be there at the facility and he also provided me with a ride to the enterprise rentacar . Manny and his team exceeded my expectations my truck looks new again . Excellent service thank you to the crew at caliber .
