Staff did a great job at keeping me informed though the process and completed my car a few days before it was promised.
Overall a great experience. My car was ready the day before the original date. I received text updates on the progress/cost with an itemized breakdown. My car looks good as new. Customer Service was great. The only thing is the front desk people should smile more and seem more presentable. They kinda looked like they hated their job.
OMG these guys are good. The front of our car was smashed in. They did the work well and quickly. When a minor issue surfaced after we got the car back, they made the necessary repair cheerfully and for free! ...the issue was a couple small cracks in a coolant hose that no one would have been able to see until after significant driving. We need more shops like this one.
