I am very satisfied with the repair of my car (Midnight Beauty). The staff were great. They always kept me in the loop about the repairs. My car was ready on time. I cannot say enough about the staff...they were professional, personable, approachable, and hilarious, from the very beginning I felt that I made the right choice.

So I had an accident and ended up here. The experience was normal, in the door out the door, messages about the repair etc. get the truck back, all looks good. The following day, the problem begins. The passenger door now hits the fender. Simple right… wrong! After several phone calls. They asked me to bring in my in. Speak to so and so. Well there is only one guy in the entire place that is able to deal with “issues”. So I had to take time off from work to bring back to Venice.
