Got my kona back ahead of schedule, work was sub optimal, forgot clips to my bumper, visible gap between bumper and headlight, told they couldn't do anything about it. Visible gap in light pattern of headlights at night like my car has a lazy eye, collision sensors now trigger twice the distance from a car than previously, non oem plastic parts color tone doesn't match oem parts , charged over 10k for this. Unfortunately we’ve had to use a body shop several times over the past 3 years, we thought we had a good one until they did us wrong THEN we found Caliber! The team at Caliber is phenomenal and puts your car back together the right way. They don’t skip corners. The communication is great, the work done is done well. We’ve had 4 body shop trips there in 17 months and each time we know it’s being taken care of.
The most professional body shop I've ever worked with. Kept me informed about what stage my car was in. Very quick to respond to every need. Outstanding body work and paint. Will absolutely use them again. Highly recommend!!
My repair was very expensive but I have no idea if it was a fair price or not since my insurance paid for it, but what I can say is that their customer service was exceptional. They gave me countless alerts letting me know how far they are in the process of my repair and they got done within a timely manner. They also made the process easy with my rental car. I would recommend this place based off service alone
