They were very prompt on communicating with me. And the very best part was the interior detail they did! Was not expecting that at all and that was an added bonus that was very appreciated!!
Someone hit my car while it was parked, it was covered by the other persons insurance but the team it amazing here! John stayed after for me to pick up my car! When I got there there was a small sensor that messed up but he called over to a shop and got another one and installed it next day, ON A SATURDAY!! I highly recommend this shop my car looks brand new now!!!!!!
No one wants to get in a wreck or have something go wrong with their vehicle, but I must say Caliber was a breeze to work with and they did a awesome job! We dealt with John he was excellent help. He handled everything our rental, the updates on our vehicle and updates with insurance and such! He was kind and helpful. We will gladly recommend our friends and family use Caliber! We'll also make sure to have them ask for John!
