Lucas and Glenda were assigned to my case, and they did absolutely wonderful in maintaining communication about damages, parts ordered, what phase of work they were in, etc. My damages were worse than expected so it took a little longer, but I would rather have quality care! Caliber has always been my go-to for vehicle troubles and I fully intend on staying a loyal customer to them! They’re simply the best!

Glenda was absolutely amazing, and went above and beyond. She called every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with updates, and kept me in the loop. My Tacoma looks brand new after a deer tried to take me out.
