Great communication, awesome office staff, incredible turn around time. Very very easy to deal with, especially with insurance and rental cars. The office team is who makes this experience worth it. Body work lolks good and qality parts were used. Only complaint is i wish the paint team would have spent a little more attention to detail. Overall good experience and would return if needed. Can't explain how amazing the office team was here.
I had recently had an accident and took my car to Caliber Collision. I’m very glad I did . I dropped off my car on a Friday and Glenda called me every Monday Wednesday and Friday with updates to keep me informed. That was great . And as an added bonus they did a detail inside and out . What a great touch I can’t say enough about this team at Caliber They went above and beyond my expectations Thank you
My truck was hit twice in about the span of a month and both times I sent it to Caliber. The staff was great. Communication, making you feel like your repair matters to them, and working through issues together. I hope I won’t need to again but I would be choosing them and referring them to others
