My family has been a repeat customer of Caliber for a while, my Dad even worked there 30 years ago after he sold his shop! But the customer service and quality of work has really gone downhill. The pricing gouging is out of control! They wanted to charge us $800 plus dollars to do 10 minutes of sanding of a scratch! The insurance company was already paying them to repair a scratch on the other side of the bumper and they should have completely repainted the whole bumper but instead decided to spot paint one side and clear co... read more

He answered any questions or concerns I had. I highly recommend the Laker Forest location for any repair and ask for William.
