They did excellent work on my SUV
Awesome experience! Everyone was so helpful, so warm, so kind, incredibly detailed and they took their time with me which is something I really cherish, especially in the auto industry. Not only did they take their time with me personally, but they finished the repair ahead of time which was such a pleasant surprise because we were just wrapping up a holiday weekend! I live all the way in Bloomington, but I would still choose Caliber and make arrangements in order to partner with them again. Thank you for everything you did!
Have had possession of my car for three days and I received no updates. When I called they extended out the completion date by more than a week. The explanation was less than convincing. I did as asked and emailed you at the email below on Sunday. Today is Wednesday and no one has replied. Apparently making this right is not a concern of yours..
