I would recommend caliber of fond du lac to anyone needing repairs done. Todd was amazing to work with and kept me entirely in the loop throughout the whole process of repair, in my opinion his communication skills are unmatched compared to any shop I have worked with in the past. They also made the insurance process a breeze to go through and handled everything while still letting me know what was going on between them and my insurance provider

Very positive experience. Kept informed the entire way, and made aware of how process with insurance would be which was super helpful. Cannot tell the car was damaged after the repair was completed. 11/10 !
