Honestly would not recommend. I dropped my car off in August and got it back 4 weeks later- however when I picked it up it wasn't fully fixed. They apologized and said they would make it right but had zero communication and didn't make any plans to get it fixed. I had to consistently call to make anything happen. I can’t say enough great things about Craig and the team at Caliber Collision! Craig has worked on my car a couple of times now, and each time he’s gone above and beyond. Not only did he make sure the work was done beautifully, but he also took the time to advocate for me when my insurance tried to charge a betterment fee because of a prior dent on a bumper that already needed to be replaced.
