This location was very helpful, informative, and got my car repaired in a timely manner! 10/10 would recommend.
Troy and team helped both my wife and I in our time of need. We both had damages caused by other drivers to our vehicles about 90 days apart and Troy walked us through the process updating us each step of the way! This included having seamless Enterprise pickups and drop offs. My experience was so good with my wife’s car I was delighted to go back to Troy and team when some idiot backed into my car. 10/10 would recommend anyone to Caliber on Empire and specifically my guy Troy!
Highly recommend this body shop. Clean and comfortable shop, helpful and very knowledgeable employees, who went above and beyond our expectations. Special shout out to Mike B who offered several tips on taking care of our cars finish and insight into contacting our car dealer with some questions we need to cover with them. He was the greatest.
Highly highly recommend, here’s why: repairing storm damage on my new Jeep truck felt like a major inconvenience but Caliber Collision (shout out Troy) couldn’t have made the process more breezy. He called with updates throughout the process and he even noticed a screw in my tire and recommended a place close by to get it patched up! They are now my go-to for auto repair.
I brought two of my vehicles here and was helped by Jill and Troy. The level of costumer service I’ve received made other places I’ve been to obsolete. Jill’s commitment to make the costumer (me) satisfied and Troy’s consistent reassurance and respect was more than enough for me not to ever go anywhere else. The process was so simple and easy.
