I rarely leave reviews, but after months of dealing with this situation, I feel I have to share my experience. My truck was brought to Caliber Collision in December 2025 after a front-end collision caused by another driver sliding into my lane. When I was told the repairs were complete, I noticed on the drive home that the wheel alignment was off. I called the shop right away, and they told me to bring it back the next day. I took my 2 yr old car in to get the right front corner bumper area repaired. The estimate was 8 days. They repaired it in 4 days within the estimated cost. My car looks brand new. They kept me informed on the progress. Calibrator Collison stands behind their work and does great work. Enterprise car rental is just a half a block behind them, they came to the shop picked me up to get my loaner.
I recently had my car fixed at Caliber Collision location at Empire Lane N in Plymouth, Minnesota. My service advisor was Troy Osterkamp. He did a great job throughout the process and also provided a little extra service by buffing out a paint stain on my front bumper. I have no reservations about recommending Caliber Collison and Troy in particular for their wonderful services! Thank you very much Troy!
