Highly highly recommend, here’s why: repairing storm damage on my new Jeep truck felt like a major inconvenience but Caliber Collision (shout out Troy) couldn’t have made the process more breezy. He called with updates throughout the process and he even noticed a screw in my tire and recommended a place close by to get it patched up! They are now my go-to for auto repair.
I brought two of my vehicles here and was helped by Jill and Troy. The level of costumer service I’ve received made other places I’ve been to obsolete. Jill’s commitment to make the costumer (me) satisfied and Troy’s consistent reassurance and respect was more than enough for me not to ever go anywhere else. The process was so simple and easy. Haven't had any experiences with car accidents needing repair in the past, but all employees were very helpful in guiding me through the process, helping get a rental car, and dealing with insurance.
Could not have asked for a better experience with this location! I was in an accident and got tossed around at seemingly every step by insurance companies and other repair shops, but this Caliber Collision really took my situation to heart and fixed it all for me. They were super flexible in my situation, extremely clear on expectations and accurate timelines and costs, handled the insurance side with ease and understanding, and even finsihed ahead of schedule. Highly recommend bringing your car here first!
