I was in an accident in June 2024 and had my vehicle serviced at this location. They had my vehicle for 6 months. I did not get my car back until December. During that time, I had to constantly call and ask to speak with the person assigned to my case because they rarely reached out to give me updates or reasons as to why it was taking so long for parts to come in. Customer service (Jared) was amazing and the phenomenal work of the shop people who repaired and repainted my car back to looking brand new. Very happy with the results and would happily refer friends and family to Caliber!
Great Customer service, this was my second time that have had to have auto repairs done and from different accidents. Both times great work and both times finished ahead of time. I highly recommend Caliber Collision if you find yourself needing a repair.
