Their quality of work and customer service were fantastic!
Never thought I'd write such a thing, but this was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and informative; the process and repair were faster than I imagined (and faster than the initial estimate!), and the cost was also less than expected. They arranged pickup and dropoff at a nearby car rental place. The repair was excellent - and the car was cleaned and new-looking at pickup, better than it's looked since it left the dealer! Really, highly recommended... a generally dreadful process was actually smooth and easy.
