The car repair took longer and cost more than the original estimate. I took the car to Doc's under the impression that they are honest. Several items were stolen from my car and were not returned. I will make sure to advise my family and friends to go elsewhere.
Customer service in Florida is hit or miss at best and that is why Doc's is an extraordinary example of good customer service. They hit a home run! Not only did they promise to make my car as good as new, they went the extra mile and did a complete detailing job as well. I would recommend this business any day of the week.
