Ordered the incorrect part for my vehicle twice, received no updates even when requested. It's been three months and my vehicle is still not completed. I am having to call in just to see what progress is being made and even when requesting to be updated, no contact is made.
Recently needed a repair for my car after a minor accident and was referred to Caliber Collision. Not only was the location convenient but the staff made the process so easy for me. Great communication with updates about your vehicle! Would recommend this location

I would like to formally express my profound dissatisfaction with the service and the quality of the repairs performed on my vehicle. My car was struck while it was parked, and following Geico’s recommendation, I brought it to Caliber Collision, a facility presented as one of the best for this type of work.
