Caliber Collision started off great with my car. Very personable service advisor, they explained to me what they were going to do to fix the damage to my car. They only had the car for a few days and they stayed in contact with me. So at first I was thrilled. But once they got the insurance money and turned the car over to me, I can't get service for the little bit of rework that needs to be done. Do to an accident that wasn’t my fault, my insurance company told me to call Caliber. To tell the truth, they took care of me better than my insurance company. The employees, Maricela, Adam and Darily were the Best! If I ever get a dent or etc. this is where I’m taking my car. The Best place I’ve ever been
It’s the worst service! doesn’t do a good job—they lie to you when delivering the cars, work very slowly, and there’s always an excuse. My car was there for 3 weeks, and the same day they gave it back, it had issues again. I had to take it back, and it’s been almost 2 more weeks now, and they still haven’t returned it. I call every day and they give me a different excuse each time! Please don’t take your car there—they are not responsible! I don’t know what else to do to get my car back
