I would say during my experience the three folks I was in contact with directly including the young man who vacuum and cleaned the vehicle did an excellent job. Of course the actual guys who did the body work appears to be dedicated to the value of their work performance.
I am grateful to have my car back; however, I experienced many challenges in the process of my repair. I was given an estimate of 2 weeks and it took a full 30 days. Caliber did not communicate the change in repair time in a timely manner. In the end, I was told my car would be ready Thursday evening. Friday mo, I called and found out they were still waiting on 2 vendors to complete 2 additional parts of the repair. My car was not ready until Friday night.
